Terms of use
These terms apply to organizations, administrators, members, and guests who use Snapstudioz.
1. Agreement and responsibility
By creating an account, creating an event, or using Snapstudioz, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Anyone acting for an organization confirms they are authorized to do so. The organization is responsible for its account, members, credentials, event instructions, content, permissions, and use of the service.
Organizations must provide required notices and obtain required permissions and consent before collecting, processing, sharing, or publishing images, especially images of minors. Snapstudioz does not independently verify event permissions or legal compliance.
2. Content and images
Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, invasive, or harmful content, or use Snapstudioz to identify, monitor, or expose anyone without authorization.
You keep rights you already own and grant Snapstudioz and its providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, store, deliver, and display content under your event settings. Generated images may be inaccurate or unsuitable; review them before sharing or publishing.
3. Acceptable use and access
Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, safety controls, or event permissions; access another organization's content; scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt the service, upload malware, impersonate anyone, or violate law or third-party rights.
Snapstudioz is provided as available and may change or be unavailable for maintenance, provider failure, safety, legal, or operational reasons. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect people, content, or the service, or when these Terms are violated.
4. Limits and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapstudioz and its providers disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, lost-profit, data-loss, or events outside reasonable control. You agree to defend and indemnify Snapstudioz and its providers against claims arising from your organization's content, event, permissions, privacy obligations, or violation of these Terms or another person's rights. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms when the service, providers, or law changes. The current version is posted here; continued use means the updated Terms apply where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@snapstudioz.com.
