1. Information and use

We handle organization account and event records, optional visitor contact details, event photos and settings, and limited service data such as timestamps, status, security signals, and support messages.

We use this information to operate and secure accounts and events, create and deliver requested images, provide support, prevent abuse, process payments, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell event photos, use them for targeted advertising, create biometric templates, or train our own general-purpose models with them.

2. Images and storage

The organization running an event decides what to collect, who may see it, and whether cloud storage is enabled. When cloud storage is off, photos remain on the booth device for the visitor's session. When it is enabled, photos may be stored privately for galleries, email delivery, takeaway links, or an event wall after an authorized action.

Cloud photos are deleted automatically after 90 days by default; device-only photos are cleared when the session ends. Anyone with a takeaway or signed link may access its content until the link expires or the content is deleted.

3. Organizations and minors

Snapstudioz is for organization administrators and event operators, not for children to create accounts or manage events. Organizations are responsible for their event instructions, notices, permissions, consent, safeguarding, sharing, and deletion practices, including any requirements for minors. We do not independently verify those permissions.

A parent, guardian, or participant should first ask the event organization to access, remove, or delete an image. If it cannot resolve the request, contact Snapstudioz support at support@snapstudioz.com. We may verify the requester's authority and the event before acting.

4. Providers and security

Some styles run on Snapstudioz systems and others use selected image-processing providers. We share only the information needed to provide the service with storage, hosting, email, payment, security, analytics, and image-processing providers, or when law requires it. Providers may operate in other countries and follow their own terms.

We use reasonable safeguards, including authenticated access, access controls, private storage, limited-duration links, metadata removal, abuse prevention, and audit records. No online service is completely secure.

5. Choices and changes

We use necessary session cookies and limited operational analytics, not advertising cookies. We may update this policy when the service, providers, or law changes; the current version is posted here. Questions, requests, or suspected misuse may be sent to support@snapstudioz.com.
